1. Seller
The seller of products offered on zambra.bike is Luis Rodríguez Manzaneque, tax identification number 51082032K, address Calle Luis Moya Blanco, 36, 28055 Madrid, Spain, email info@zambra.bike and phone +34 650 445 540 (hereinafter, “ZAMBRA”).
2. Purpose and acceptance
These terms govern sales of ZAMBRA products through the website, primarily custom-built cycling wheelsets and components. By ordering, the customer declares that they are an adult and fully accept these terms and the Legal Notice, the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy.
3. Personalised products
ZAMBRA wheels are configured and custom-built according to the options accepted for each order (rim, spokes, hub, finishes and extras). Before charging, we review compatibility, availability, timescale, specification and amount. If a better option is identified or a detail needs changing, we inform you so you can accept it before finalising the order.
4. Purchasing process
- Configure the product or request advice.
- ZAMBRA reviews compatibility, components, availability, timescale and price.
- Provide the necessary delivery and billing details and accept the applicable terms.
- ZAMBRA prepares payment access with one assigned payment method.
- After payment is confirmed, the order is recorded and moves to material and workshop planning. You will receive written confirmation through the agreed channel.
5. Prices and taxes
Prices are shown in euros and include taxes applicable to the stated destination unless clearly indicated otherwise before payment. Transport, customs, import and other charges will be itemised before order confirmation where they can be calculated in advance. Tax treatment for the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and international destinations will follow the destination's applicable rules.
6. Payment methods
ZAMBRA will assign a single payment method to the order in advance: secure payment through Stripe or bank transfer. This choice is not made on the public screen and cannot be changed through the customer's link. The amount and reference come from the order reviewed by ZAMBRA. When Stripe is used, ZAMBRA does not store full card details; for bank transfers, the order is considered paid after ZAMBRA confirms actual receipt of the amount.
7. Preparation, dispatch and delivery
Every wheelset is hand-built after the order is confirmed. When all components are available, the usual preparation time is 5 to 10 working days. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed date. If a component is unavailable or a significant delay occurs, ZAMBRA will inform the customer and provide a revised estimate.
Orders are shipped through Correos Express or an equivalent carrier, with tracking and transport coverage. The cost and estimated delivery date will be shown before payment or confirmed in writing for assisted orders. Delivery within mainland Spain is currently free; the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and international destinations may incur additional costs.
Check the packaging when receiving your order. If it is damaged, have the carrier record this and report it promptly to info@zambra.bike, including photographs of the package and product. This helps with claims to the carrier and does not limit the consumer's statutory rights.
8. Withdrawal, changes and returns
As a general rule, consumers have 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to withdraw from a distance purchase without giving a reason.
This right does not apply where a wheelset is made to the customer's individual specifications or includes clearly personalised elements, under Article 103(c) of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007. Before confirming the order, ZAMBRA will expressly state whether the particular build falls into this category and retain a record of the specifications accepted by the customer.
Preparation or building to order, or choosing between standard configurator options, does not automatically remove the right of withdrawal.
To request a return, the customer must email info@zambra.bike stating their order number. This exception does not limit statutory rights where a product is defective, damaged, differs from the agreed specification or otherwise lacks conformity.
9. Statutory and commercial warranties
New goods are covered by the three-year statutory conformity warranty from delivery, under applicable consumer law. If there is a lack of conformity, the customer may exercise the relevant statutory rights free of charge.
All ZAMBRA rims also have a five-year structural warranty against manufacturing defects. ZAMBRA hubs include a lifetime commercial warranty on the hub shell and axles; the freehub, bearings, ratchet, pawls and other wear parts are excluded from this lifetime coverage, without prejudice to the applicable statutory warranty.
The Crash Replacement is offered for life exclusively to the original purchaser. For accidental breakage, ZAMBRA reviews the case and agrees a reduced, favourable price with the customer according to the model and full repair scope, including necessary components and work. These commercial warranties are additional to, and do not replace or reduce, statutory warranty rights.
10. Customer service, complaints and applicable law
For enquiries or complaints, email info@zambra.bike or call +34 650 445 540. These terms are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules. Any dispute will be subject to the courts legally competent for the consumer. The former European online dispute resolution platform closed on 20 July 2025.
